The command prompt from which you run the program provides access to the engine behind the scenes.
Basic UCI commands are supported.
To load a position, simply run the engine and send the command
position fen xxx...
replacing xxx... with the FEN string of the desired position.
Changes made to the engine from prompt should reflect quickly on the visible board. The state of the board is simply a result of the state of the engine.
